A complimentary exploration call is a gentle first step for women who are feeling mentally overloaded, emotionally stretched, or stuck in patterns of overwhelm despite appearing to cope on the outside.

This is a focused 30-minute conversation designed to help you gain initial clarity around what may be contributing to your current challenges, explore the kind of support you may need, and consider whether working together feels like the right fit.

Together, we may begin to explore patterns such as overthinking, internal pressure, people-pleasing, burnout, perfectionism, emotional exhaustion, or feeling constantly “on” — and what may need to shift in order to create a more sustainable and self-supportive way of living.

This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, learn more about my approach, and get a sense of how coaching or therapeutic support with Carmel Coaching may look.

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of:

  • what may be keeping you stuck

  • what kind of support may be most appropriate for you

  • and whether working together feels aligned for this stage of your journey.

This is structured, evidence-based support, tailored to help you feel more grounded, more in control, and less mentally overloaded in your day-to-day life.

The Self-Acceptance Blueprint™ is a structured yet personalised coaching journey designed for high-functioning women who feel emotionally exhausted from constantly holding everything together.

If you’re struggling with burnout, overwhelm, chronic self-pressure, perfectionism, overthinking, people-pleasing, or finding it difficult to switch off without guilt, this programme will help you better understand the patterns driving these experiences while building a healthier, more supportive relationship with yourself.

      A deep-dive session to explore the emotional pressures, patterns, and internal expectations contributing to overwhelm, burnout, self-doubt, or chronic self-pressure — while identifying the areas of life where you most need support, balance, and change. Together, we’ll create a personalised roadmap for your 12-week journey.

    • 5 x 60-Minute Bi-Weekly Coaching Sessions
      Personalised coaching sessions designed to help you better understand yourself, reduce self-pressure, strengthen boundaries, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, and build a healthier, more compassionate relationship with yourself.

    • Personalised Tools & Reflective Resources
      Tailored exercises, journaling prompts, nervous system regulation tools, and reflective practices to support emotional awareness, reduce overwhelm, quiet self-criticism, and encourage more sustainable coping patterns between sessions.

    • Between-Session Support
      Email or WhatsApp support between sessions (weekdays, with responses within 24 hours) to provide encouragement, accountability, reflection, and ongoing support throughout the programme.

    • Mindfulness & Emotional Regulation Support
      Personalised grounding exercises, guided reflective practices, and a bespoke mindfulness recording designed to help you feel calmer, more emotionally regulated, and better able to reconnect with yourself during periods of stress or overwhelm.

    • 1 x Post-Programme Reflection Session (30 Minutes)
      A follow-up session to reflect on your progress, consolidate your learning, celebrate growth, and support you in maintaining the changes you’ve made beyond the programme.
