I understand that stepping into a coaching relationship can bring up a whole host of queries and I’m here to provide clarity and support.   • Holistic coaching looks at the whole of you — not just your goals, but how you think, feel, and relate to yourself in everyday life.

    Rather than focusing on one issue in isolation, we explore the patterns, beliefs, and habits that shape your self-esteem and sense of self-worth.

    The work is reflective and practical. It supports you to understand yourself more clearly, soften self-criticism, and build trust in your own inner voice. Over time, this creates change that feels more steady and sustainable — rooted in self-acceptance rather than pressure to “fix” yourself.

    This approach is especially helpful if you’re capable and driven, but find yourself feeling stuck, self-critical, or disconnected from yourself.

  • If you're feeling stuck, navigating a life shift, or unsure where to begin, the Self-Acceptance Strategy Session is a powerful one-off 90-minute session designed to help you gain clarity, understand what’s holding you back, and take practical steps forward. It’s ideal if you want focused insight and personalised guidance without committing to a longer journey (yet).

    If you're ready to go deeper — to explore the patterns behind self-doubt, shift your inner critic, and build a mindset that supports lasting confidence and alignment — then the Self-Acceptance Blueprint is for you. Over 12 weeks, we’ll work together in a calm, structured way to help you balance ambition and well-being, strengthen self-trust, and reconnect with what truly matters.

    Not sure which is right? Start with the Strategy Session — it’s a great entry point, and we can explore whether the full programme is a good next step for you.

  • Yes — many clients find that the 90-minute Strategy Session gives them the clarity they need to decide whether longer-term support would be helpful.

    If you choose to continue with the Self-Acceptance Blueprint™, the fee you’ve already paid for your Strategy Session will be credited toward the programme. This allows for a seamless and intentional transition into deeper work, if and when it feels right for you.

    Because programme spaces are limited and the work involves a personalised and in-depth level of support, continuation into the programme is offered subject to availability.

  • The Self-Acceptance Blueprint is a structured 12-week coaching journey that includes six one-to-one sessions, spaced bi-weekly.

    This format offers a balance of consistent support and intentional space — giving you the time to reflect, apply new strategies, and integrate meaningful change into your day-to-day life.

    The bi-weekly rhythm supports deeper mindset work like self-acceptance, emotional resilience, and building healthier patterns of self-trust. It’s especially effective if you’re navigating a full life or busy career, helping reduce overwhelm while still maintaining momentum.

    You’ll also have access to email support between sessions and a bespoke mindfulness recording, so you feel supported and connected throughout — even on the weeks we don’t meet live.

    If you continue with coaching after the programme, we’ll revisit your ideal session frequency based on your goals and evolving needs.

  • Not at all. While the programme is structured around six bi-weekly sessions across 12 weeks, life can be unpredictable — especially if you're managing a full schedule. If needed, we can build in a little more space between sessions to suit your needs while still maintaining momentum and consistency. The focus is on sustainability, not strict timelines.

  • Each coaching session is tailored to your unique needs and goals. We'll start by exploring where you are right now, any challenges you're facing, and what you’d like to achieve. I’ll guide you through reflective exercises, practical strategies, and meaningful conversations to help you gain clarity and shift your mindset.

    Together, we’ll create an action plan that feels authentic to you, with steps to move you forward.

    Sessions are designed to be collaborative and empowering, offering a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore new possibilities and grow at your own pace.

  • This depends on your unique goals, mindset, and life circumstances. Some clients notice meaningful shifts after just one or two sessions — especially if they’re navigating a specific issue and need focused support.

    For deeper, lasting transformation — particularly around self-acceptance, boundaries, and inner confidence — I recommend the Self-Acceptance Blueprint, my 12-week 1:1 coaching programme. This structured journey offers the time, space, and support needed to build emotional clarity, shift long-held patterns, and reconnect with what truly matters to you.

    We’ll always discuss your goals and what level of support feels right. Coaching is an investment in yourself, and lasting change often comes from regular, intentional work — both in and between sessions. I provide follow-up reflections and space for integration to help you apply insights in real life.

    Some clients may choose to continue working with me beyond the initial 12 weeks to deepen their growth, navigate new transitions, or maintain a regular space for reflection. There’s no pressure — we’ll always shape the journey around what feels most supportive for you.

  • I currently offer coaching sessions exclusively online which allows for greater flexibility and convenience for my clients.

    Research has shown that online coaching can be just as effective as in-person sessions, providing similar benefits in terms of client satisfaction, engagement, and outcomes. This virtual format ensures you can engage in coaching from the comfort of your own space, regardless of your location.

  • The Self-Acceptance Blueprint™ can be paid in full or split into three instalments.

  • Currently, I do not accept insurance and my services are only available to self-funding clients. This allows me to provide a flexible and personalised coaching experience, tailored to meet your unique needs, not bound by clinical or insurance frameworks.

  • While my background includes cognitive behavioural therapy, I now focus exclusively on coaching. If you're looking for therapy, I recommend accessing services through the NHS or exploring directories such as Psychology Today, BACP, or the Counselling Directory. I'm happy to help signpost if needed.
