Item desTherapy focuses on understanding and working through the underlying patterns that contribute to difficulties such as anxiety, low self-esteem, and emotional overwhelm. This may include exploring past experiences, core beliefs, and long-standing ways of coping.
Coaching is more forward-focused. It’s designed to help you create change in the present — with structure, practical strategies, and accountability to support you in moving forward.
If you’re unsure which is right for you, we can explore this together during a complimentary call.ription

If you feel stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand — like constant overthinking, anxiety, self-doubt, or feeling emotionally overwhelmed — therapy is usually the best place to start.
It helps you make sense of why you think and feel the way you do, and begins to shift those patterns at a deeper level.
If you feel like you already understand yourself to some extent, but you’re still feeling overwhelmed in your day-to-day life — struggling with boundaries, managing your time and energy, or knowing how to actually make things change — coaching offers a more structured, practical way forward.
Some people begin with therapy and move into coaching once things feel clearer and more manageable.
If you’re unsure, we can talk it through together and decide what would support you best.

The initial assessment is a 50-minute session where we explore what’s been going on for you and what you’d like support with.
We’ll look at the patterns, pressures, and challenges that may be contributing to how you’re feeling — whether that’s overthinking, anxiety, self-pressure, or emotional overwhelm — and begin to build a clearer understanding of what’s happening.
You’ll leave with more clarity, and often some initial ways of approaching things differently, so it feels like a useful and worthwhile starting point.
It’s also an opportunity for us to make sure this feels like the right fit before continuing to work together.

The Self-Acceptance Blueprint™ is a structured 12-week coaching experience designed for high-functioning women who feel overwhelmed, mentally overloaded, or stuck in patterns of overthinking and self-pressure.
Over the course of our work together, we’ll focus on understanding what’s been keeping you in those patterns — and, importantly, how to begin changing them in a practical and sustainable way.
You’ll be supported to apply what you’re learning to your day-to-day life — whether that’s managing your time and energy more effectively, setting clearer boundaries, reducing overthinking, or feeling more in control of how you respond to pressure.
The structure of the programme allows us to build momentum over time, so the changes you make feel consistent and lasting, rather than short-lived.
-
The Self-Acceptance Blueprint is a structured 12-week coaching journey that includes six one-to-one sessions, spaced bi-weekly.
This format offers a balance of consistent support and intentional space — giving you the time to reflect, apply new strategies, and integrate meaningful change into your day-to-day life.
The bi-weekly rhythm supports deeper mindset work like self-acceptance, emotional resilience, and building healthier patterns of self-trust. It’s especially effective if you’re navigating a full life or busy career, helping reduce overwhelm while still maintaining momentum.
You’ll also have access to email support between sessions and a bespoke mindfulness recording, so you feel supported and connected throughout — even on the weeks we don’t meet live.
If you continue with coaching after the programme, we’ll revisit your ideal session frequency based on your goals and evolving needs.
-
Not at all. While the programme is structured around six bi-weekly sessions across 12 weeks, life can be unpredictable — especially if you're managing a full schedule. If needed, we can build in a little more space between sessions to suit your needs while still maintaining momentum and consistency. The focus is on sustainability, not strict timelines.
-
The Self-Acceptance Blueprint™ can be paid in full or split into three instalments.
Therapy sessions are paid for individually at the time of booking.
